The Client Services Department plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term viability of MapFusion. All Client Service Representatives (CSR) are tasked with ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention while  upholding the quality of all MapFusion applications. Our mandate is to meet and exceed all client expectations. This is embodied in our motto, "Your satisfaction is our success!"
The Client Services Department acts as a liaison between our clients and MapFusion. Working in conjunction with Account Managers, it is our responsibility to effectively communicate client expectations to MapFusion and ensure timely response on all matters.
Maintaining happy clients is the cornerstone of any successful company. The Client Services Department recognizes this fact and strives to make every customer a proud, satisfied, loyal account.
