Dynamic Mapping application

  Modularization of Spatial Components

The MapFusion ASP solution has been developed for optimum flexibility by redesigning those components which will provide added value to third party developers. Each of the major components in the system (the data extraction module, GIS Analysis Engine, Vector Data Mapping Output Module, Geocoding Subsystem, Reverse geocoding subsystem, Point to Point Routing Subsystem, and Multi-point Routing Subsystem) have been developed to allow third party development houses or ASP solutions to easily integrate a particular component into an existing system. The ASP model still applies for these modules so that MapFusion can provide services on a pay-per-use basis.

  Multi-Protocol Live Data Agent Feeds
MapFusion has created an engine to accept numerous live data feeds to accept data from mobile or static assets using satellite communication, GPRS, Microburst, UDP, HTTP and SOAP gateways. Most industry solutions use a single protocol for transmission of data to and from assets. Multiple communication formats allow MapFusion to integrate a large number of hardware devices from different manufacturers depending on a specific clients needs. The communication agent provides the ability to translate different data formats into one common format for use in the MapFusion Mapping Engine. All of the data can be combined with existing data layers to provide live spatial visualization of assets as location or other attributes are updated.

See how the Dynamic Mapping application is applied to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Transportation Logistics Management (TLM) Solutions:
